The ACW (Anglican Church Women) is a national organization for service to the church and fellowship of its members. Link here for Diocese of Calgary ACW information.
The Holy Cross ACW meets monthly for spiritual growth, fellowship and education, and raises funds for use beyond the parish. The ACW also coordinates food for special parish events, and participates in broader Diocesan and national church projects. Monthly meetings and their topics are listed in the Calendar on the Homepage. ACW meetings take place the second Monday of each month, starting with a potluck supper at 6:15 p.m.
The ACW regularly supports northern clergy families, the ongoing rebuilding of St. Jude's Cathedral in Iqaluit, and Calgary organizaitons that help meet the needs of homeless women and families.
Despite its name, the ACW welcomes anyone to its meetings, of whatever age or gender!
